Our overall goal is to assist your employees to:

30 minute sessions which include breath work, yoga and relaxation, are conducted on site at your offices at times that do not conflict with employees' daily work schedules - typically either before work, during lunch time, or at the end of the working day.
Classes can be held anywhere - in conference rooms, boardrooms, open plan offices or outside - with participants wearing business attire, either sitting on chairs or on mats on the floor.
Sessions can be held weekly, bi-weekly or even as a wellness day workshop.
